3D Stereo Positioning Blister (also known as Positioning Blister / Register Blister / 3D Printed Blister) is a composite process that combines high-precision color printing with vacuum blister forming. Its core workflow is print first, then stretch, and precise registration. It enables flat patterns to remain undistorted, displacement-free and crack-proof on 3D curved surfaces and reliefs, delivering a striking 3D visual effect.




1. Core Principle

Flat Pre-printing: High-precision graphics and texts are printed on plastic sheets such as PETG, PVC, APET and PP (thickness: 0.15–3.0mm) via offset printing or UV printing, with registration marks like cross lines and corner markers additionally printed.


Precise Registration: The plastic sheet is strictly aligned with the mould through registration marks, ensuring the patterns perfectly fit the 3D contour after stretching.


Heating & Blister Forming: The sheet is softened by partial or overall heating, then adsorbed onto the mould surface by vacuum negative pressure (or positive pressure) and stretched into a 3D shape.


Cooling & Shaping: Rapid cooling, demoulding and die cutting are performed to finish 3D products with precise printed patterns.

Strong three-dimensional sense and excellent visual effectIt converts flat surfaces into 3D reliefs and cambered surfaces with superior texture and distinct layers, more eye-catching than ordinary printing and conventional blister products.Adopting high-temperature resistant special blister ink, the finished products feature bright colors, great stretch resistance, no color cracking and no fading.
